My approach is compassionate and present, fostering a connection between mind, body, and spirit. I utilize techniques to provide a therapeutic and restorative session tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Massage therapy has been a powerful tool in my own growth, awareness, and well-being for the past 20 years. I am a true proponent of massage! As a receiver of bodywork, I found myself intrigued by the work of my massage therapists. I would visualize their motions as my body, psyche, and spirit felt the benefits of their touch and energy. Several amazing manual therapists in my past helped me be more in tune with my own body and enhanced my interest in muscle function. I have been involved with movement in the forms of dance, yoga, hiking, running, cycling, and rock climbing and continue to be fascinated by how the body communicates and flows in space.

My undergrad years produced a Bachelors of Science in Community Health Education and School Health. In 2016, I enrolled at the East West College of Healing Arts to learn more about massage and anatomy. Two weeks into the program, I knew I was in the right place, what an amazing feeling that was. I graduated the following year with more respect and enthusiasm for this profession than I ever expected. I feel fortunate to have found my calling and am proud to be a healer and wellness provider in the Portland metro area.
