My approach is compassionate and present, connecting the mind and body in a restorative manner while my work is therapeutic and tailored to the specific needs of my client.
Massage therapy has been a powerful tool in my own growth, awareness, and well-being for the past 17 years. I am a true proponent of massage! Intrigued by the techniques my therapists performed, I would visualize the motions as my body and psyche felt the benefits. In 2017, I graduated from the East West College of Healing Arts in Portland, OR with more respect and enthusiasm for this profession than I ever expected.
Nutrition and holistic health interested me at a young age and I am proud to be a part of the healing community today. My undergrad years produced a Bachelors of Science in Community Health Education and School Health. I have been involved with movement in the forms of dance, yoga, hiking, running, cycling, and rock climbing and continue to be fascinated by the way the body communicates and with all the ways it can flow in space.
